Returns & Refund Policy

If your product arrives damaged, leaking, or was tampered with during delivery, we’re here to help. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to be eligible for a return or exchange.

How to Raise a Return/Exchange Request:

Please send an email to aromalreghu@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Complaint Order Number
  • Invoice Number
  • Details of your issue or request
  • Clear images or videos supporting your claim, including:
    • Leaking, broken, or tampered products
    • Empty, missing, or incorrect items
    • Unclean packaging (internal/external)
    • Images of mono-carton (individual box) and outer shipping box

Review & Processing:

Once all required details are received, our team will review your request within 3 working days. If approved:

  • For exchanges, we will issue an authorization number and arrange a reverse pickup.
  • For refunds, the amount will be processed and reflected in your account within 10–15 business days.

Return Package Requirements:

The returned item must:

  • Be packed in the original packaging
  • Include the original invoice
  • Include a printed document with:
    • Name & Address of the customer
    • Dispatch address
    • Order number
    • Contents of the package

Please also email this document and images of the return parcel (inside & outside packaging) to our team.

Exclusions:

  • Gift boxes are non-returnable and non-refundable
  • No cash refunds are permitted
  • We are not responsible for damage after delivery

Product Quality Complaints:

If you have concerns about the quality of a product, contact us at aromalreghu@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt. Include the following:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Issue details
  • Images/videos of the product and its label

Our team may request the product to be returned for inspection. If the complaint is valid, we’ll proceed with a return or exchange. The quality check process can take up to 3 weeks.

Important Notes:

  • Damages caused by neglect, misuse, or incorrect application are not covered
  • No returns for:
      • Allergic reactions
      • Personal dislike of fragrance, texture, or color (without product defect)
