Note: We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for any orders.

2. Pricing Policy

• All product prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.

• We reserve the right to revise prices, introduce offers or discontinue products at our discretion.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days.
• Delivery timelines may vary based on your location.
• Shipping delays may occur due to natural calamities, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
• You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• We accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped.
• Once shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.
• For return/refund requests due to damage or other issues, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy and email us at aromalreghu@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

• All our products are made from natural ingredients and are carefully tested.
• However, individual reactions to natural ingredients can vary. Perform a patch test before full use.
