Shipping Policy

  1. Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Mumbai, by courier.
  2. Orders are dispatched within 3 working days. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days of the dispatch date. Delivery of all orders will be duly made to the address provided by you at the time of placing the order. In case you do not receive the order within the mentioned timeframe, please notify us at aromalreghu@gmail.com or call us at (+91) 75920 61906.

Order Deliveries Will Be Made Between:

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery, please suggest an alternative such as a family member, colleague, or neighbor. However, Aromél takes no responsibility for goods signed for by an alternative person.

Certain courier partners may request an OTP to complete delivery. This OTP will be sent to the phone number provided during order placement and must be furnished to complete delivery.

Aromél – Rejuvenate Naturally is not responsible for any damage that occurs after delivery.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to our customer service within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on the product, packaging, size, volume, type, and other considerations. The applicable shipping and handling charges will be displayed at checkout, and customers will be aware of them prior to making the payment.
